A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. The card must be kept on file at the time of booking.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This ensures we remain on time for all clients.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service price.

A consultation is required prior to booking hair extension services. A deposit will be taken after the consultation, and appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.
